We only collect personal data that you yourself provide to us when you register, fill in forms, send e-mails, make requests, etc. The data is processed for the purpose of delivering the requested service or if the law requires it.

Terms of delivery

Leveranstid – din beställning skickas normalt inom 1-3 arbetsdagar om inte annat anges i produktbeskrivningen. (Mönster skickas automatiskt direkt efter genomförd betalning). Detta gäller med förbehåll för slutförsäljning/leveransförseningar. Under högsäsong och under kampanjer kan leveranstiden bli längre. Om en produkt inte finns i lager och inte kommer in igen kommer detta att meddelas via e-post.

The product is then removed from your order and other products are sent. If this is the only product ordered, the order will be cancelled.

Leveranssätt – Small packages are delivered directly to your mailbox, larger packages to the nearest delivery point.
Freight - The freight cost is shown in your order.

Returns And Complaints

14-day open purchase - From the time you receive your products, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies. When returning the product, it must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. The right of withdrawal does not apply to ordered goods, downloadable products or for companies. Ellenkantarellen is not responsible for shipping costs for returns.
